Love my “Big Girl Balls” tennis team! We ran into our old Coach from last season, whom we affectionately call, “Dad”, even though he’s 15-20 years younger than most of us, lol!

Didn’t win a single match this season, but I most definitely improved, and most importantly, had a blast!

Always the first to kick off the booz’ing and boo’ing with our friends!

Ellis boo’ed Meredith!

Brooks boo’ed Hunter!

And Shep boo’ed Ben!

Meet the newest addition to our family….my adorable mini doodle nephew, Waylon!

Aunt Kelly picked him up from Forth Worth and brought him over to meet his cousins!

Shep absolutely loved playing on his rec team with his BFF, Connor!

Strike one…
Strike 2….
Strike 3…you’re out!
Brooks is doing the Junior Cotillion program at the Country Club and has to wear a sports coat and tie! Daddy had to show him the ropes with the tie!

His baseball buddy, Hayes, is doing cotillion with him!

Best investment ever! They teach him how to make conversation, how to be a gentleman, how to eat properly, and even how to dance!

Love this so much! They have to escort the girls down the stories after every class!
My neighborhood bible study signed up to volunteer with an organization called. “Feed My Starving Children”. I decided to let the kids skip school and come volunteer with us!

I loved sharing this experience with the kids!

I think it’s pretty cool we were able to pack over 13,000 meals in less then two hours, and I’ve heard the meals are pretty yummy!

After volunteering I took the kids to the State Fair of Texas to enjoy the rest of their day off school!

The baby kangaroo was in his mommy’s pouch!
Craziest looking horns!

The zebra bit Ellis’ hand

Big Tex!

Cookie butter nachos did not disappoint!

The fair is ridiculously expensive, but Adam got over 500 tickets for free from work, so the kids were able to ride all the cool rides!

The second time Ellis did this ride her wig flew off, lol. Thank goodness it landed somewhere we could reach it and she was a good sport about it.
She wasn’t so sure after she got off the ride, but then immediately wanted to ride it again, lol

We had just enough tickets left for the kids to play a few scams, I mean games, to win dollar store stuffies!

Just look at that handsome boy sandwiched between those two beautiful girls!

Lunch treat with my baby boy!

Spirit night at our local neighborhood restaurant!

Post tennis match lunch!

Supporting my girls at their match!

Long weekend means lake time! This time we let Ellis bring a friend!

Oreo was keeping an eye on the kids for us!

Number one passenger princess!
He’s still got it!

Last official boat trip of the season!

Our dogs really are like family!

S’more time!

Another tarantula spotting! Gotta love that lake life, eek!
When your daughter begs you to let her host a Halloween party for her and all of her friends, and then creates this super cute invitation all on her own, how can you say no to that?

You know I pinned some fun and easy snacks to make it more festive!

Ellis invited the entire 5th grade group chat, including her “crush” at the time, Paxton (who’s in the red hat).

I had some games planned, but the kids just wanted to run around upstairs and play on the trampoline instead.

Meanwhile, Adam took the boys to Andretti’s to get them out of the house!

Poor Oreo had to wear the cone of shame for a whole week after he got neutered.

Loving my Halloween decorations this year!
Especially my Harry Potter floating candles!

Just doing my part to help “Make America Great Again”! Let’s go, Trump!

Lunch dates with these goofballs again!

Shep wanted his 9th birthday party at Urban Air this year!

Of course Ellis gets to invite a friend to Shep’s birthday party…

After Urban Air we went directly to the school for the annual outdoor movie night to continue his birthday celebration!

The next day Brooks got to help out in a tournament with his old rec team, The Pirates. He was in heaven getting to catch again!

Love that these two are still buddies!

After the games Adam took the kids to a neighbors house to carve pumpkins for their first time ever!

I think their pumpkins turned out pretty good for their first time carving them!

While Adam and the kids were carving pumpkins I was at a local McKinney brewery celebrating Breea’s birthday! We all dressed up as “black widows”!

Sunday was Shep’s 9th birthday!

Can’t think of a better way for Shep to spend his actual birthday, than playing baseball with his buddies!

All he wanted was a championship ring for his birthday, and he got it!!!!!

Favorite birthday video for all three kids!
During the day on Halloween I got to compete in a tennis match dressed in costume with my awesome partner, Jill!

Love my team!

For Halloween this year Shep dressed as the Grim Reaper…

Ellis was a zombie Mario…

Brooks was a skeleton…

And Oreo was a piggy!

Adam and I dressed up too! We were the couple from the movie Talladega Nights!

We had fun trick-or-treating with ur friend in the neighborhood!

Our neighborhood and the surrounding ones really go ALL OUT for Halloween!

They even make it fun for the adults!

I will leave you with this beautiful photo of Ellis in her new wig, that was gifted to her from an incredible salon out of Louisiana. I applied from this free wig before Ellis was completely bald, and they color matched it with the little bit of hair she had left. I thought for sure she’d hate it when it came in, because it was so much darker than her other one, but she loved it! I love it too, and think she looks so much more like me! Just in awe of how natural looking wigs are these days, and incredibly grateful for all the amazing and generous people that have helped us along this journey!
